Refund policy

If you have received a damaged or defective item please contact us at support@toolsteal.com to file a claim and begin the return/replacement process.

If you want to return an item for any other reason please read our returns policy below.

We apologize but we are currently unable to accept returns on international orders.

Domestic returns are accepted for a period of 30 days starting at the point of purchase.

Any return received after 30 days from the original purchase will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the buyer will be responsible for all incurred shipping charges.

Returned items must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that they were received.

Returned orders will be refunded within two business days once they are received and inspected by our shipping/receiving department.

Please include filled out return slip (included with your order) and a copy of your invoice to expedite the return process.

We are unable to accept returns that require freight transport.

Please do not return any items to the manufacturer.
